It is a two-rakaat prayer

The imam recites the Quran aloud in both raka'ats
In the first raka'at, the imam says the takbeer 7 times
In the second raka'at, the imam says 5 takbeers
The imam raises his hands with each takbeer
The imam delivers a single sermon
The imam supplicates with insistence
